Camping Domaine de la Faurie
We travelled north from our last campsite to a bigger site called Domaine de la Faurie, north of Cahors. Again it was a beautiful site surrounded by great looking country side. We were here for a week and managed to see some fantastic villages and towns along the river Lot.
Rocamadour
We met a great couple, Jan and Lee, who gave us some excellent tips on where to go and what to see. However we also managed several evenings slightly worse for wear at the hand of their well stocked beer and wine fridge!
Saint-Cirq-Lapoppie
Sadly though the weather also set in big style and we must have experienced every kind of weather system going, including hail stones the size of gobstoppers, the sound of them landing on the Teardrop was extraordinary.
